Why do I have to play and lose against boosters/cheaters, and get notified when they get banned. Yet I still get no elo back, even though I had to deal with them.

OCE chinese player constantly getting boosted by new accounts. Every time I report his boosters, they get verification flagged but they just create new account. I NEVER GET MY ELO BACK
