Located in Hill City, Desperados serves lunch and dinner daily with a Western flair. Our menu includes our lip-smackin' salmon sandwich, hearty burgers, salads, pastas, mouth-waterin' steaks, fish, ribs, and the best buffalo around, with sides fit for the common cowboy - slaw, fries, and terrific beans.
